Every site at Newby's comes with the essentials already handled. Your monthly rate covers full hookups, internet, laundry access, and trash disposal. No surprise add-ons. No picking and choosing what you need. It is all included.

Full Hookups on Every Site

Each lot at Newby's includes a direct connection to water, sewer, and electric service. We offer both 30-amp and 50-amp service to accommodate a range of RV setups. You pull in, connect, and you are home.

High-Speed Wi-Fi

Reliable internet access is included in your monthly rate. Whether you are working remotely, streaming in the evenings, or just staying connected with family, the Wi-Fi at Newby's is built to handle everyday use.

On-Site Laundry

The laundry facility is open and available to all residents. Washers are $5 and take quarters. Dryers are free. A change machine is available on-site so you are not scrambling for coins.

On-Site Trash Disposal

Trash disposal is handled right here at the park. No loading up your vehicle to find a dumpster down the road. It is one less thing to think about.

Security Deposit

We require a $100 refundable security deposit to hold your site. As long as your site is left clean, with no damage and no items left behind, and you follow through with your reservation, that deposit comes back to you at the end of your stay.

Mail and Packages

Need to receive mail during your stay? Use 1051 Roark Street, Chase City, VA 23924 as your mailing address. Include your site number for larger packages. There is an oversized mailbox at the front entrance shared among all residents for general mail.

Pets Welcome

Newby's is a pet-friendly park. Dogs must be kept on a leash when outside, and all pet owners are expected to clean up after their animals and be considerate of neighboring residents. Well-behaved pets and well-behaved owners are always welcome here.

Everything Together, One Monthly Rate

At $750 per month, your site includes water, sewer, electric, high-speed Wi-Fi, and trash disposal. No utility bills to track separately. No extra fees for the laundry facility. What you see is what you pay.
