Your monthly rate covers everything you need to be comfortable. That includes water, sewer, electric service, high-speed Wi-Fi, and on-site trash disposal. The laundry facility is also available to all residents. There are no separate utility bills and no hidden fees on top of your rent.

Every site at Newby's includes water, sewer, and electric connections. We offer both 30-amp and 50-amp electric service. If you have a question about which amperage is available on a specific lot, just ask when you reach out.

Yes. We require a $100 security deposit to hold your site. That deposit is fully refundable at the end of your stay as long as your site is left clean with no damage and no items left behind, and you followed through with your reservation. Deposits are not refunded on cancelled reservations.

When you arrive, you are charged a full month's rent. Your second month will be prorated to reflect the number of nights you stayed during that first month. If you need to end your stay mid-month, let us know before the first of that month and we will adjust your final rent to match the number of nights you will be staying. We do not issue refunds if you pay for a full month and leave early without prior notice. Communication goes a long way here. The more we know about your plans, the better we can work with you on arrival and departure dates.

Yes. Pets are welcome at Newby's. Dogs must be kept on a leash when outside your RV, and all pet owners are expected to clean up after their animals. Being considerate of your neighbors is part of living in a shared community, and that applies to your pets too.

Use 1051 Roark Street, Chase City, VA 23924 as your mailing address during your stay. Make sure to include your site number on anything larger than standard mail. There is an oversized mailbox at the front entrance that is shared among all residents for general mail delivery.

The laundry facility is on-site and available to all Newby's residents. Washers are $5 per load and take quarters. Dryers are free. There is a change machine available so you are not stuck hunting for coins.

That is exactly what we are built for. Newby's is a long-term RV park, not a nightly or weekend campground. Most of our residents are here for months at a time, whether they are working a local contract, relocating, or simply looking for a comfortable and affordable place to live. The monthly rate structure, full hookups, and on-site amenities are all designed with that in mind.

Newby's is within 20 miles of all three Microsoft Data Centers in Mecklenburg County. The Boydton location is about 12 miles away. South Hill and La Crosse are each around 20 miles out. A number of our residents work at or near those facilities and call Newby's home during their time in the area.

More than most people expect from a small town. Within a mile or two of the park you will find a grocery store, pharmacy, dollar store, gas stations, and restaurants. The Chase City Community Park is less than a mile away. VCU Community Memorial Hospital is about 20 miles out. John Kerr Dam and Buggs Island Lake are 23 miles away if you want to get out on the water.
