The monthly rate includes water, sewer, electric service, high-speed Wi-Fi, and on-site trash disposal. The laundry facility is also available to all residents. There are no separate utility bills and no hidden fees.

How do I reserve a site?

Is a deposit required?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A $100 refundable security deposit is required to hold your site. It is returned at the end of your stay as long as the site is left clean with no damage. Deposits are not refunded on cancelled reservations.

Are pets allowed?

Yes. Pets are welcome at Newby's RV Park. Dogs must be kept on a leash when outside the RV, and owners are expected to clean up after their animals.

Where do I receive mail and packages?

Use 1051 Roark Street, Chase City, VA 23924 as your mailing address. Include your site number on larger packages. There is a shared oversized mailbox at the front entrance.

Newby's is a long-term RV park, not a nightly or weekend campground. Most residents stay for months at a time. The monthly rate, full hookups, and on-site amenities are all designed for extended stays.

How close is Newby's RV Park to the Microsoft Data Centers?

Newby's is within 20 miles of all three Microsoft Data Centers in Mecklenburg County. The Boydton location is about 12 miles away. South Hill and La Crosse are each around 20 miles out.
